While we strive to address inquiries promptly, there may be times when we experience a high volume of messages, which may cause some delays in our response time. At ThePlantVet, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, we provide a guarantee that all of the plants you purchase from us will arrive alive and in good condition. We understand that the shipping process can sometimes be challenging, but we take every precaution to ensure that your plants are well-protected during transit. In the unlikely event that your plants do not survive the journey, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will promptly resolve the issue to your satisfaction. You can trust us to provide you with healthy, vibrant plants that will thrive in your home or garden.

SHIPPING

If you realize that you want to add more plants to your order, don't worry! Simply place a second order and send us an email requesting that we combine the two. We'll take care of the rest and ship your orders together.

Please note that the actual postage cost for shipping multiple plants together may not always be significantly lower than shipping them separately, especially if the plants are large or heavy. However, we always strive to find the most cost-effective shipping option for our customers. If we are able to save money on postage costs by combining your orders, we will refund the actual difference to you within 2-3 days.

So go ahead and add more plants to your collection without any hesitation. We're here to help you grow your indoor jungle and make it as affordable as possible.

We ship Monday - Friday (Except on Federal Holidays)

It takes us 1-3 days to process your order.

Creating an account with the same email you used to place your order is the easiest way to check your order status. But don't worry, we'll also keep you in the loop with email updates! As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. Simply use this number to track your order on the delivery company's website and follow along with its journey to your doorstep.

We want to assure you that shipping plants is not only safe
but also legal. We comply with all state regulations and have obtained the
necessary inspections and stamps required for states that have annual inspections.
With these measures in place, we can confidently and reliably ship our plants
to you.

So, rest assured that you can order plants from us without
any worries. We take every precaution to ensure the safe and successful
delivery of your plants, and we're always here to help if you have any
questions or concerns. Thank you for considering us for your plant needs!

In winter, we recommend adding our "Heat Pack Bundle" to your order if the temperatures in your area drop below 50°F.

With the Heat Pack Bundle, you'll enjoy upgraded shipping to Priority Mail, $100 of insurance from USPS, Local weather checks, and a 72 Hour Uni-Heat Pack.

If the weather in your area is below 20°F, we reserve the right to hold your order until the weather becomes warmer and safe for shipping.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

All purchases are final once shipped. You can cancel your order any time prior to it being shipped. To cancel your order send us a brief message to Info@theplantedveteran.com

Please expect plants may receive a small amount of transit damage, however if a plant receives significant damage/above normal please follow the claims process below:

When contacting us about any issue with your order, please include the following:

1) Several photos of the plant and any damage.
2) Include photos of the shipping box

CLAIM PROCESS:

1) We review your claim and respond usually within 24 hours.
2) We may request additional photos or information; please respond with additional information within 48 hours.
3) If we approve your claim due to the plant(s) having an issue such as: significant damage, we will issue a partial or full refund or replacement.
